I conducted end-to-end user research to look for trends and patterns in how car buyers experienced the car sales process and to determine how car dealerships can improve the car sales cycle for customers.
Projects
Conducted a Usability Study to identify opportunities for improvement of the user experience of Toronto Cupcake’s website. This study included an expert review, a competitive analysis and five moderated usability tests.
Evaluated the History Channel website to report its conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. I used two tools to assess the website’s accessibility. These tools were the WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool) and AxeDev Tools (Accessibility Testing)
Five entries in which I uncover design issues in various mediums and make recommendations on how to fix the issues. I ground my assessments and recommendations firmly in the literature that has been produced on user experience design.
